Client Need
The Ministry of Health in the Netherlands required a substantial quantity of SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Self-Tests to assist with the countries’ national COVID-19 Mass Testing strategy. The requirement was for 35,200,000 Rapid Tests to be delivered within 6 months, ensuring Schools and Organizations could remain open and safe. Santé had been working with the Medical Regulatory Authorities within the Netherlands for a number of weeks prior, to assist getting the product approved for “self-test” status, meaning it could be safely used by any member of public.

Santé presented an innovative, end-to-end solution along with our partner, Core Supply Group which included locking in production, preparing a delivery schedule and meeting that schedule all within the space of 6 months. We liaised with the manufacturer and freight companies to ensure that the client’s needs were more than satisfied.
End Result
All 35,200,000 tests were delivered on time, and sometimes even ahead of schedule. The client commented on Santé and Core Supply’s remarkable service and supply chain, making a special mention to the quality of product supplied. The Netherlands Ministry of Health has since placed further orders for SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen Self Tests.
